(1)  Prior to a petition is submitted, the probation officer or other officer with the courtroom designated by it, subject matter to its way, shall, in the case of the dependent boy or girl where by the jurisdiction from the court is premised upon the provisions of paragraph (one), (two), (three), (4), (five) or (7) on the definition of "dependent
